About The Position

This role is a big deal here. As an Estimator, you’re the bridge between the guest, the insurer, and the shop. Your accuracy sets the tone for cycle time, parts flow, supplement control, and ultimately the quality of the repair. Requirements

Detail-driven, organized, and confident communicating with both customers and teammates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass standard pre-employment screens

Nice To Haves

Prior estimating/body shop experience is a plus (we’ll consider strong candidates with related experience and the right mindset)

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles, identify visible and hidden damage, and determine repair vs. replace
Write accurate repair plans/estimates for labor, parts, and operations
Partner closely with the Body Shop Manager/Foreman to align repair approach and production flow
Complete insurance documentation and support fair claim outcomes
Communicate professionally with guests and partners while keeping timelines moving
