About The Position

Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Dealership Biller to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in dealership accounting and administration. We’re focused on finding someone who wants to grow professionally. Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive dealership experience
• Accounting, billing, title, banking, finance, or administrative experience
• Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts and funding documentation
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and lender partners
• Process title and registration paperwork
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Assist with accounting and administrative projects
• Ensure dealership paperwork meets state and lender requirements
