The Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager will assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location. This role is responsible for inventory, labor management, and financial performance. The position requires becoming familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures. The Assistant Service Center Manager will mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development, help maintain a clean and well-organized service center, and facilitate a safe and secure working environment. A key aspect of this role is providing superior customer service leadership.
