Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hardware assembly, mechanical assembly, equipment installation, automotive work, manufacturing, or a related hands-on technical field.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around vehicles throughout the workday.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive installation or technician experience.
- Electrical wiring or harness routing experience.
- Manufacturing or production environment experience.
- Engineering technician or mechanical assembly experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute detailed installation procedures and technical work instructions on assigned vehicles.
- Mount, align, and secure hardware components according to engineering specifications.
- Route wiring harnesses and connect electrical components while maintaining proper cable management practices.
- Perform system power-up procedures and validate hardware functionality.
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the installation process.
- Document completed work accurately and report issues, defects, or process concerns to supervisors and engineering teams.
- Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
