Revology Cars is hiring auto body assembly technicians to build reproduction 1960s Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles at our facility in Orlando, Florida. The Assembly Technician is responsible for installing and assembling exterior body panels and trim; gapping panels; adjusting windows and seals; and diagnosing and repairing squeaks, rattles, wind noise, and fitment issues. To be successful at Revology, you must be committed to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Installation and alignment of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, exterior and interior trim, moldings, and other components, adhering to a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm Adjusting windows and doors to meet gap specs, eliminate wind noise, and be watertight Installation of automotive interiors Install NVH material, electrical harnesses and components, glass and mechanisms, exterior trim, HVAC systems, fuel lines and tank Conduct electrical and water leak quality checks Automotive technicians in trim possess a keen eye for detail, have great dexterity, are inquisitive and take pride in their work The assembly technician is physically able to lift 50lbs and is comfortable working in restricted spaces.
