About The Position

EchoPark Automotive is seeking an Apprentice Automotive Buyer for its dealership in Chesterfield, Missouri. As a member of the Consumer Acquisition Team, the buyer will ensure the timely valuation and processing of used vehicles acquired from consumers. The role suits a self-sufficient, analytical person who enjoys customer-facing work and can communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of retail and wholesale automobile sales processes.
• Excellent analytical and vehicle valuation skills, with a strong process orientation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with web-based search applications and tablet technology.
• Clean motor vehicle and criminal background records.

Nice To Haves

• Management or prior purchasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain used-car inventory through the consumer purchasing process.
