Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice
About The Position
Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring a Calibration Technician Apprentice for a paid apprenticeship. The apprentice receives mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations according to original equipment (OE) specifications and repair standards. Initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology are provided. The role offers hands-on experience in a production shop and exposure to a wide range of vehicle manufacturers. The goal is to advance to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the seventh month.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Must be able to perform physical activities including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
