Requirements

Proven Franchise Dealership Experience is required for consideration.
Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software; bonus points if you know your way around Tekion.
Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills to glide through a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Tekion software.

Responsibilities

Mastering AP: Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.
Driving Inventory Control: Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.
Managing Floor Plans: Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.
Handling Wholesale: Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.
Team Collaboration: Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.
