Requirements

• Proven Franchise Dealership Experience is required for consideration.
• Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software.
• Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills to glide through a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.

• Familiarity with Tekion software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.
• Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.
• Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.
• Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.
• Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.
