About The Position

They are seeking a meticulous and driven Accounting Specialist with deep franchise dealership experience. The role is designed for someone who wants to avoid corporate bureaucracy and work in an environment that values work-life balance and flexible schedules. The specialist will be responsible for financial and inventory accuracy, managing accounts payable, inventory control, floor plan management, and wholesale vehicle sales.

Requirements

• Proven Franchise Dealership Experience is required.
• Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software.
• Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills to manage a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Tekion software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure accuracy in stock-in of new inventory and vehicle records.
• Track, reconcile, and manage dealership financing transactions.
• Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation.
• Support the broader accounting team.
