Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks; must maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Enter and review financial data, including posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
Resolve account-related issues accurately and promptly
Balance statements and finalize accounting records
Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checks
Match checks to invoices and payment requests after each check run cycle
Enter invoices, post and reconcile batches, and investigate payables with vendors
Prepare accounts for payment and verify system data
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
Perform cashier duties as assigned
Provide back-up receptionist support during breaks
Break down and cost deals accurately
Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable and receivables
Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesales
