Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working at an automotive dealership is required
Ability to balance large volume accounts accurately
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Professional appearance and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records, and valid driver’s license verification

Responsibilities

Enter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
Resolve account-related issues and discrepancies
Balance statements and finalize accounting data
Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checks
Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle
Enter, post, and reconcile batches while researching and resolving payables issues with vendors
Prepare accounts for payments and verify data accuracy in the system
Perform filing duties and assist as cashier
Provide back-up receptionist support during breaks if needed
Break down and cost deals accurately
Handle daily deposits and posting of accounts payable and receivables
Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactions
