About The Position

Johnson Motor Sales in New Richmond is looking for a full-time Automotive Accounting Associate. The core hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements

Previous accounting experience preferred.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
Ability to multitask
Strong computer skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Willingness to take initiative.
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
Detailed follow up.
Maintain professional appearance and neat workspace.
Ability to work independently.
Perform various other office tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

Submit funding packets to various banks.
Process all in and out of State vehicle registrations.
Prepare incoming and outgoing titles.
Process loan payoffs on trade-in vehicles.
Submit local and state sales tax.
Remit and reconcile ancillary products from vehicle sales
Reconcile bank reserve statements and process cancellations.
Submit Extended Warranty claims for reimbursement.
Answer multi-line phone system.
Backup front desk receptionist as needed including occasional closing shifts and Saturdays.
Accounts Payable backup
Great attention to detail
Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
Ability to multitask.
Perform various other office tasks as assigned.
Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the dealership as needed.
