As a Car Accessories Salesperson and Delivery Coordinator you are responsible for curating an exceptional customer experience by assisting with vehicle technology setup, connected services activation, and accessory sales at the dealership. This position focuses on helping customers enroll in and utilize features such as OnStar, mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi hotspot setup, and other in-vehicle technologies while also recommending and selling vehicle accessories that enhance the ownership experience. The role requires daily interaction with customers, sales managers, sales associates, finance teams, manufacturer representatives, and vendors to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction standards.
