This position focuses on aftermarket truck and SUV accessories, suspension upgrades, and off-road installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with: Lift and leveling kits, Suspension systems, Alignments, Wheels and tires, Tire mounting and balancing, Topper and tonneau cover installs, 12-volt wiring and accessory installs, Hitches, bumpers, steps/nerf bars, and fender flares, General aftermarket accessory installation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, is dependable, and wants to continue growing their skill set within the aftermarket industry.

Requirements

Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with aftermarket automotive accessories, suspension, and truck equipment preferred
Practices safety, ownership, and respect when working on and around customer vehicles
Clean and professional appearance
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English
Exercises good judgment and problem-solving skills
Works well with coworkers, management, and customers
Takes direction, coaching, and constructive feedback professionally
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
