Mobile Clear Shield is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Automotive Accessory Installer to join our team! The ideal installer knows how to find the balance between speed, consistency, and craftsmanship. You'll be working in a production-focused environment where efficiency matters, but rushing through an installation at the expense of quality is never acceptable.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience installing PPF, window film, screen protectors, vinyl, automotive accessories, or other detail-oriented products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install PPF on small, high-traffic areas of vehicles
- Install screen protectors on automotive infotainment systems
- Prepare vehicle surfaces and screens for installation
- Ensure installations are clean, precise, and free of visible imperfections
- Perform quality-control inspections on completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Handle vehicles and customer property with care and professionalism
- Follow Mobile Clear Shield installation procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and dealership personnel
- Maintain tools, equipment, and installation supplies
- Assist with other operational duties as needed
