Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phone and computer as well as social media.
• All applicants must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell luxury automobiles and related services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Operate technology of vehicles, phone and computer as well as social media.
• Sell inventory at either Lexus of Nashville or Lexus of Cool Springs.
