About The Position

The Automation Service Lead will focus on continuous improvement to improve HSE performance, Automation Technician training, and improving customer service levels by creating efficiency and enhancing effectiveness. Working with all functional departments this position will identify and execute opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with automation, controls, or instrumentation including but not limited to Rod Pump Controllers, and Variable Speed Drive with Rod Pump Applications.
  • Must have an in-depth working knowledge of rod lift systems well pumping application.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Variable Speed Drives, AC motor theory, and application.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Word processing software; Spreadsheet software, and Internet software.

  • Effectively leads and trains the Automation Service team consisting of indirect employees.
  • Demonstrate visible HS&E leadership leading to increased employee ownership of HS&E performance.
