Requirements

3+ years of hands-on robotic welding experience
Proficiency with Yaskawa/YRC1000 controllers and experience with offline programming (Robotmaster or similar)
Deep understanding of MIG welding processes and the ability to pass an internal weld/inspection test
Capability to take a new fixture and create a repeatable fabrication path from scratch
A stable work history is required (no pattern of changing jobs every two years)
Being a US citizen or Green Card holder

Nice To Haves

Robotic welding certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Program and proof 1st article weldments using Motosim/Yaskawa controllers and Robotmaster offline programming software
Optimize weld paths and cycle times to ensure repeatable, high-quality production of heavy-duty components
Integrate and troubleshoot robotic welding cells, providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex automation issues
Partner with the production team to transfer technical knowledge and implement best practices for robotic machine operation
Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on robot-driven equipment to minimize downtime
Maintain rigorous quality standards, performing visual inspections to ensure 100% conformance to engineering specifications and welding symbols
Collaborate with management and vendors to stay up-to-date on technical manuals and ensure project coverage
