Formic is seeking an Automation Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion within their assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing a strategic territory plan, understanding the regional manufacturing landscape, and building relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and strategic partners. The Automation Sales Manager will work directly with customers to assess automation opportunities, define project requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and Solutions teams to create system concepts. They will also manage commercial negotiations and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization. This is an individual contributor position focused on territory growth, pipeline development, and consistent revenue achievement.
