Keep complex production lines running by finding and fixing electrical and controls issues fast. Own preventive maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and new installs—and log every task and part in the CMMS. Diagnose PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, AC/DC drives, temperature controllers, and computer‑based systems. Tune and program equipment so it meets exact product specifications on every run. Help craft and refine work instructions and process flow documents that operators rely on. Edit and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/VFD logic and parameters, including program transfers and changes. Build, dismantle, and service electro‑mechanical machinery—manual and automated—using schematics, prints, and documentation. Install raceways: bend conduit, mount junctions, pull feeders, and terminate to code. Perform bench diagnostics; repair and validate offline components, restock repaired spares, or red‑tag for replacement/outsourced repair. Operate safely, precisely, and independently under time pressure.
