About The Position

Keep production flowing. Your mission: safeguard uptime for standalone manufacturing equipment in a stable, growth-minded plant. You’ll blend electrical know-how with mechanical savvy to solve problems fast and safely—then lock in reliability with disciplined PM and precise CMMS documentation. Imagine this: It’s 1:30 AM. A sensor loses its signal and a motor stalls. You verify with your meter, trace the control circuit, and review I/O on an Allen‑Bradley PLC to isolate the fault. A quick weld secures a bracket, a VFD parameter is corrected, and the line is back at rate—all recorded cleanly in the CMMS. Schedule designed for predictability: Permanent Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 2-2-3 rotation. 88 paid hours per two weeks with built-in overtime.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting; 480V exposure preferred
• Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley PLCs (experience a plus)
• Proficiency with a meter and electrical print reading
• Reliable work history and excellent safety habits

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and correct electrical/mechanical issues on industrial machinery
• Execute preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
• Troubleshoot motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control circuits
• Interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings
• Perform welding/fabrication as situations require
• Enter accurate, thorough work records into the CMMS
