Automation Lead Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking an Automation Lead Engineer with a strong strategic vision for test infrastructure and the ability to lead a team in building it out. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner to bridge any technical gaps. This role requires strong Python development skills, a deep understanding of common automotive communication protocols, and advanced experience with Pytest, including custom hooks, stages, and advanced configuration. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recently built projects that align with our qualifications and can discuss their work in detail, including design tradeoffs.
