The Sherwin-Williams Automation & Insights Full-Time Development Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in predictive insights and business process automation. The 12-month program features rotational Predictive Planning & Insights and Business Process Automation experiences with cross-functional exposure to all the Finance Networks within Sherwin-Williams to develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization. You will have the opportunity to spend 6 months in 2 departments each including Predictive Planning & Insights and Business Process Automation. Through these rotations, you will gain meaningful exposure to the innovative technologies and predictive analytics, and the processes that drive results for the business, all while developing the skills to prepare you for an analyst role upon successful completion of the program. Throughout the various rotations, you will be assigned tasks and projects to apply different skills, knowledge and strategies to drive results and continuous improvement of our technology and processes, allowing you to see the significant role our employees play in Sherwin-William’s success. This program is scheduled to begin in June of 2026 and the identified candidate(s) will work in-person in our downtown Cleveland, OH office 5 days per week.
