Requirements

High School diploma or GED
2 years’ experience as a Helper or relevant work
Knowledge of proper use of hand tools
Analytical and problem solving ability
Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Self-Driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

Assist Field Service Technicians with installations or service jobs.
Develops good working relationships with customers through frequent and professional communication.
Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures.
Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
At times, work unconventional hours and the occasional weekend to provide this required level of service.
Other duties as required.
