The Automation Factory Engineer is responsible for high-throughput, customer-centric automation delivery that directly supports delivery stabilization, regression closure, and trust-critical coverage gaps. This role exists to industrialize automation execution—efficiently, repeatably, and at scale—under clear architectural and governance direction. Automation Factory Engineers do not own quality strategy, standards, or architecture. They execute against them. What This Role Delivers: Rapid build-out of automated regression and trust-critical test coverage, Automation aligned to real customer workflows, not test case volume, Consistent, repeatable automation patterns across delivery teams, Reduced manual regression load during stabilization phases, Inputs into future-state QE 2.0 intelligence and learning loops.
