Job Summary: Primary focus on sustaining site manufacturing processes and leading shift maintenance team members in execution of equipment return to standard and preventive maintenance activities. Is the escalation path for maintenance individuals within the working shift. Conducts smaller scale process improvement projects supporting various site initiatives.
