About The Position
Belay Technologies is seeking active-duty service members to join our team through the DoD SkillBridge program as an Automation Engineer. This program will provide active service members with hands-on automation experience as well as business skills. It is designed to bridge the gap between military and civilian employment by equipping you with key engineering, automation, and system administration skills. Belay Technologies tackles complex and unique automation challenges, offering a wide range of opportunities across both system administration and development spectrums. Our internal product supports a broad set of automation languages running on different platforms, tailored to customer requirements. You will gain hands-on experience and work in a fun and relaxed environment where we put our people first. Belay Technologies specializes in systems automation and full stack development. Belay Technologies provides leading technology and engineering solutions to the DoD, as well as state-of-the-art commercial products. We hire software engineers, web designers, test engineers, systems engineers, systems administrators, database engineers and other tech services.
Requirements
- Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Experience in automation, systems administration, or software engineering, and eager to continue learning
- Technical bachelor's degree or in the process of obtaining your degree
- Hands-on technical experience with Systems Administration or Software Development
- Three or more of the following: Linux and Windows Administration, Virtual machines, Automation of IT-related things, Python programming or scripting, PowerShell, Bash Scripting, Batch Scripting, AutoHotkey, Sikuli
