Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, process automation, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Automate Unattended (RPA) solutions.
- Experience automating complex business processes in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Deep expertise in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and unattended robotic process automation.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
- Knowledge of process analysis, workflow optimization, and automation best practices.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, healthcare, or insurance.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of automation governance, security, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, intelligent document processing, or advanced automation technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Unattended automations that streamline critical business processes and operate with minimal human intervention.
- Build enterprise-grade automation solutions that are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with governance standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Support and optimize existing automation assets to improve performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Leverage Power Automate Desktop, Power Platform, Azure services, and Microsoft technologies to create integrated automation solutions.
- Drive automation best practices through code reviews, testing, documentation, and solution governance.
- Participate in deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Expand your automation expertise through cross-training and support of additional automation platforms.
- Explore the application of AI and emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and business value.
