Requirements

5+ years of experience with Ansible automation, including developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting playbooks, roles, inventories, and Jinja2 templates
5+ years of experience with Linux administration such as Ubuntu and RHEL, including system hardening, package management, service configuration, networking, and troubleshooting
5+ years of experience developing software, automation solutions, or infrastructure tooling using languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration enforcement in enterprise environments
Experience applying security hardening standards, including STIGs, across Linux, Windows, VMware, and application environments
Experience analyzing requirements, designing automation solutions, and resolving complex operational or workflow challenges
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance artifacts
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience with VMware vSphere or ESXi
Knowledge of cloud computing environments
