Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Ansible automation, including developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting playbooks, roles, inventories, and Jinja2 templates
  • 5+ years of experience with Linux administration such as Ubuntu and RHEL, including system hardening, package management, service configuration, networking, and troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of experience developing software, automation solutions, or infrastructure tooling using languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration enforcement in enterprise environments
  • Experience applying security hardening standards, including STIGs, across Linux, Windows, VMware, and application environments
  • Experience analyzing requirements, designing automation solutions, and resolving complex operational or workflow challenges
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance artifacts
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Experience with VMware vSphere or ESXi
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Virtualization and Cloud Certifications
