As a Business Process Automation Developer, you’ll design, build, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency, increase accuracy, and make work easier for teams across the business. You’ll partner with global stakeholders to turn business needs into practical, reliable solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving process challenges, connecting systems, and building automations that are secure, supportable, and easy for people to use. You’ll contribute across the full solution lifecycle — from requirements and design through testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Building and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows
  • Turning business needs and process pain points into practical, scalable solutions
  • Working with Microsoft 365 tools and integrations, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and building reliable, supportable automations
  • Following governance, security, compliance, documentation, and release standards
  • Managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment
  • Broader knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Python, APIs, connectors, data mapping, and third-party integrations
  • Understanding of testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management for automation solutions
  • Ability to create reusable components, templates, and standards that improve team delivery
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Copilot, AI Builder, EMPOWER Assist, or Python-based solutions
  • Background supporting automation solutions in a service-driven or operational environment
