About The Position

P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services spans a wide range of activities, including software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, technical support, access governance, infrastructure management, and the procurement and maintenance of equipment and software. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field , or the equivalent education in experience.
  • Generally, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software engineering and/or application engineering.
  • Experience in architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
  • Strong knowledge and development in Agile SDLC.
  • Traditional full-stack development experience; Node.js, P ython , Java preferred.
  • Exhibits expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platforms and robotics process automation is recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Build application prototypes and solutions that align with business objectives , leveraging agentic and robotic process automation, document extraction, LLM and other tools that facilitate organizational business process automation and personal productivity .
  • Write robust documentation, technical requirements, tests, and agile artifacts to facilitate knowledge transfer and clear scoping for new implementations .
  • Demonstrates flexibility in self-enabling and learning new technologies adjacent to automation toolsets, including data transformation, analytics, and reporting to build more robust end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong b usiness a nalysis skills, understanding of business objectives , detailed requirements and requirements elicitation and documentation to facilitate LLM development and testing.
