About The Position

This role involves troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintaining various automation equipment including Infinity, Redzone, and Stations (Dock, Purge & Batch). The position requires calibration, replacement, and maintenance of thermometers and scales, as well as monitoring data entries and material transactions. Responsibilities also include replacing hardware components like keyboards, calipers, and computer screens, correcting and maintaining HACCP and Infinity records, and preparing reports. A key aspect of the role is cross-training in all duties within the Automation Department and progressing through testing levels (1, 2 & 3).

Requirements

• Proficient with desktop operating system(s), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• General understanding of automation concepts.
• Good communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, clean and maintain Infinity, Redzone, Stations (Dock, Purge & Batch), etc.
• Calibrate, replace and maintain thermometers, scales.
• Monitor data entries and material transactions.
• Replace keyboards, calipers, caliper cables, and computers screens, iPads, Apple TV's as necessary.
• Correct and maintain HACCP, infinity and material transactions.
• Clean all Automation equipment.
• Prepare reports and upload tasks in Basecamp.
• Crosstrain all duties in Automation Department, working to increase knowledge by passing Level (1, 2 & 3) tests.
• Other relevant duties assigned by Manager.
