About The Position

We are a recognized leader and one of the largest global innovative companies. This position is for the 2nd Shift, working Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
- 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Engel and Sepro robots
- Injection insert over-molding experience
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
- Operate overhead crane
- Maintain injection process standards
- Collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap
- Start Engel and Sepro robots
- Troubleshoot injection mold machine automation issues
