Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, VFDs, motors, relays, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Install, modify, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and production systems.
  • Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain utilities, boilers, compressors, pumps, conveyors, wastewater systems, and facility equipment.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sanitation to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and help implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to a collaborative maintenance team.
  • Follow all GMP, HACCP, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
