About The Position

The Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. The role involves analyzing existing workflows, developing automated solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in process automation, business analysis, or a related role in the financial sector.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools and workflow automation technologies.
Strong understanding of financial operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
Proficiency in automation platforms
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell and Python) and database management (SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assess current financial and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements for process efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows.
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using OpCon.
Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or SQL for automation tasks.
Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Work closely with Application Development to ensure automation aligns with business objectives.
Prepare documentation for automated processes, including user guides and technical manuals.
Ensure automation solutions comply with financial regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation related to automated processes.
Other duties as assigned.
