Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy
- Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems
- Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with relational databases
Responsibilities
- Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyze current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities
- Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, enhancing overall service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase operational flow, and improve user experience
