About The Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced Automatic Operator Installer. The role involves the installation of automatic ADA operators and manual doors, requiring knowledge of code issues, electronic troubleshooting, and the ability to read blueprints. The installer will be responsible for adjusting door hardware for optimal performance and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The job requires the ability to walk, climb, squat, bend, push/pull, lift, carry, and drive a company van. The position is based in Denver, CO, with travel required throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in installing automatic operators
  • Working knowledge of code issues
  • Electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
  • Familiarity with power hand tools
  • Familiarity of function of door hardware
  • Ability to adjust door hardware for optimum performance
  • Must be able to walk, climb, squat, bend, push/pull, lift, carry, and drive a company van
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to written detail, drawings, and data
  • Skilled in organization and time management
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Acceptable criminal background check
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and human performance evaluation
  • Ability to travel throughout Colorado and Wyoming
