Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, stand on concrete for long periods, and work in various climates.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, and work overhead.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience servicing automated doors
  • Prior experience in the Electrical Troubleshooting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance work in accordance with the service program for the specific customer.
  • Accurately record work record details, productive versus travel time, and parts used for each job.
  • Stay updated on changes to Stanley equipment and Ansi156.10 standards.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and property responsibly.
  • Manage inventory for the service vehicle and keep an inventory log.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and provide high-quality service.
  • Assist and instruct others in service methods.
