About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an AutoCAD Technician to design and lay out systems and frame scaffolding applications on construction projects throughout the southeast region. This role is ideal for someone seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace where they can develop a career track, leverage current skills while developing new ones, and work with an incredible team. The Scaffold Services Division works with commercial and industrial contractors on projects such as exterior scaffolding around building perimeters, interior elevated work platforms, and industrial projects like tanks.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Proficient in using AutoCAD
• Proficient at reading blueprints
• Good communication skills
• Above average math ability
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous scaffold experience or a background in construction is required.
• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
