Requirements

• In-depth working knowledge of current Autodesk products.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Demonstrated technical background with a broad base of experience extending across multiple design disciplines.
• Advanced PC-based computing skills and experience.
• Ability to be resourceful and apply critical thinking in an autonomous role, acting independently where appropriate.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational aptitude.
• Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain technical accuracy in an environment where team members are required to multitask efficiently.
• Must be able to interact in a positive and meaningful way with all levels of staff in a highly visible role.

Nice To Haves

• Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of CAD standards and procedures for all design disciplines at KEITH.
• Serve as a technical resource to staff for specific CAD questions (e.g. Civil 3D) and related hardware issues, including troubleshooting individual or interdisciplinary CAD-related problems.
• Help maintain the electronic library of Civil Engineering CAD details and project notes folders.
• Help manage the quality control process to ensure departments are consistently adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Assist with ongoing employee training on CAD-related items as needed.
• Perform research, analysis, testing compilation of data, and other technical tasks as necessary to support engineering activities.
