About The Position

MISTRAS is hiring an AutoCAD Technician local to the Savannah, Georgia area for a contractor position. The role focuses on creating and updating 2D piping and equipment drawings in AutoCAD, entering information accurately into a customer’s proprietary database, and coordinating with site reliability and inspection teams to keep asset documentation current. Proficiency with ISO piping drawings is required.

The role requires successful completion of site-specific refinery background checks, drug screens, and safety training, as well as a TWIC card. Prior experience in a petrochemical refinery or NDT inspection environment is a major plus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and piping/equipment drawings.
• Proficiency with ISO piping drawings.
• Strong data entry skills emphasizing accuracy and speed.
• Ability to pass site-specific refinery background checks and drug screens, and complete safety training.
• TWIC card required.

Nice To Haves
