About The Position

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Auto Technician who is aligned with our philosophy of providing customers with the greatest value and is willing to contribute to a winning team. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM. During the training and evaluation period, the technician will work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once training is completed, the technician may remain on the day shift until the 3rd shift position is adequately staffed and officially launched.

Requirements

• Certified Ford/ASE Technician preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Ford vehicle systems
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems
• Good communication and writing/typing skills required
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Valid driver’s license free from major interactions required

Responsibilities

• Performing automotive repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting concerns/symptoms
• Following factory guidelines and specifications for repairs and service
• Accurately documenting repair orders
• Ensuring a high level of workmanship
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow prescribed safety regulations
