About The Position

Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is hiring for a Pit Crew Technician — an entry-level position designed for individuals who want more than just a job changing oil. This role is built for someone who wants to prove themselves, stay busy, and earn the opportunity to move into a full automotive technician career. If you’re looking for a place where effort actually leads somewhere, this is it. Most entry-level positions keep you in the same lane. This one doesn’t. At Ontario Auto Ranch Ford, the Pit Crew role is the first step into our Technician Mentorship Program. Once you demonstrate strong work ethic, consistency, and ambition, you may be selected to work directly with a senior technician for up to a year — accelerating your development into a professional technician. This is a performance-based opportunity. The path forward is real, but it must be earned. This is for someone who is ready to show up, stay busy, and earn their way forward. Requirements

• Some basic automotive knowledge or schooling is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Light maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, filters)
• Recall work and basic service operations
• Multi-point inspections
• Supporting main shop technicians with workflow
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
