All American Ford of Paramus is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our growing service team. We are a busy Ford dealership with a strong customer base, high service volume, and a great opportunity for the right person to earn at a high level. Requirements
- Service advisor experience preferred
- Ford experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Organized and motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced service department
Responsibilities
- Greeting service guests and writing repair orders
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
- Reviewing technician recommendations
- Selling needed maintenance and repairs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping deliver a first-class service experience
