Auto Service Advisor

In this role, the advisor will act as the vital link between customers and the service department, ensuring vehicles receive top-notch care. Responsibilities include assessing service needs, preparing repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer service experience (if not a Service Advisor)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task is key
- Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software.
- Must be able to work M-F 7:30-5:30 including some Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle concerns, and record their needs.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor and parts estimates, for customer approval.
- Communicate with customers about inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Provide updates on repair progress, explain costs, and secure customer authorization for additional work.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by addressing concerns promptly.
