About The Position

John Eagle Honda of Houston is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves interacting with and consulting customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase, aiming to create the best vehicle-buying experience and foster lifelong customers. The representative will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and will receive training on the specific products offered and their benefits. The position requires presenting vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services. Additionally, it involves timely follow-up with customers, maintaining strong relationships, tracking customers using the store's management system, and staying updated on new products, features, and accessories through training courses.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
