Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of automotive sales experience
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Professional, positive, team-first attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and guide customers through financing options
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory
