About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our homecare organization. Homecare sales experience is NOT required, but candidates must have at least 2 years of successful sales experience in any field. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing their time well, and bringing a high level of energy to their workday. You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting with community partners, and promoting our homecare services to referral sources throughout Metro Detroit. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of completing 8–10 sales calls or visits per day to build and grow a strong referral pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
  • Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization
  • High energy, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable transportation for daily community visits
  • Homecare or healthcare not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the homecare market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, rehabs, senior communities, case managers, and social workers.
  • Conduct 8–10 daily outreach calls/visits to generate new referrals and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Present and clearly communicate the value of our homecare services to potential referral partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal office staff to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and track all sales activities.
  • Stay informed about homecare trends, community resources, and competitive offerings.
