Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and create customers for life.
  • Have the ability and desire to listen carefully to your guest, and assist them in selecting the vehicle or products that fits their wants and needs.
  • Be an absolute expert! Know the ins and outs of your product, and have the desire and ability to explain and demonstrate features, packages, and the latest technology.
  • Have the ability to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Follow up with your buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude every day.
  • Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and performance reviews.
